What is Patellofemoral pain syndrome?

Patellofemoral pain is a common presenting knee complaint resulting from abnormal forces on the knee or repetitive stress and overuse. Patellofemoral syndrome can often be due to abnormalities in your foot function and lower limb biomechanics.
