Shin Splints refers to pain down the front bone of your leg, called the tibia. Anyone can suffer from shin splints but it is very common in runners, triathletes and in the sporting community. There are two common sites for shin Splints;

  • Anterior Shin Splints – This refers to the front portion of your tibia bone
